At the invitation of Professor Badia Tabiyaoui, Vice President of UCD University and president of OWSD National Chapter, and Professor Fatma, Director of Women Study Center(WSC), Istanbul Technical University(ITU), Turkey, Fang Xin, Deputy Secretary of Leading Party Members Group of CAS and President of the Women's Scientific Organization of Developing Countries (OWSD), visited Moroccan and Turkish women's scientific organizations from May 4 to 11.
During the visits, Fang Xin had in-depth exchanges with the hosts on strengthening the cooperation between OWSD and its National Chapters, the 5th OWSD conference in 2014 (Mexico) and the OWSD scholarship program, and reached broad consensus. Fang Xin also introduced CAS, the participation of female scientists and technicians in scientific research in China and the scholarship program for developing countries implemented by CAS. The visits were successful and fruitful.
